Hydra's Test Drive system helps you manage vehicle test drives efficiently. Whether customers book ahead or walk in, you can track vehicles, manage queues, and ensure smooth operations.

Real-Time Vehicle Tracking

See all your test drive vehicles at a glance with their current status:

  • Available - Ready for the next test drive
  • On Test Drive - Currently out with a customer
  • Returning - Customer is on their way back
  • Reserved - Held for a scheduled booking
  • Maintenance - Temporarily unavailable

Walk-In Queue System

Allow customers to join a test drive queue without a prior appointment:

  • Self-service kiosk registration
  • Staff-assisted queue entry
  • Real-time position tracking
  • Estimated wait times

Priority Scheduling

Scheduled bookings automatically take priority over walk-ins, ensuring customers who planned ahead get served first.

Time Management

How It Works

For Scheduled Customers

  1. Customer books a test drive through your booking page
  2. When they arrive, they check in
  3. They're automatically added to the queue with priority
  4. When it's their turn, staff checks out the vehicle

For Walk-In Customers

  1. Customer registers at your kiosk or with staff
  2. They receive a tracking link/QR code
  3. They can monitor their queue position on their phone
  4. When called, they proceed to test drive

For Staff

  1. View the dashboard showing all vehicles and queue
  2. Call the next customer when a vehicle is available
  3. Check out the vehicle to start the test drive
  4. Mark as returning when the customer is heading back
  5. Check in the vehicle when completed

Getting Started

To start using Test Drives:

  1. Configure your settings - Set durations, requirements, and preferences
  2. Add test drive vehicles - Designate which vehicles are available
  3. Share the kiosk link - Let customers join the queue
  4. Monitor your dashboard - Manage test drives in real-time
