Key Metrics

Summary Cards

Four key metrics are displayed at the top:

Metric What It Measures
Total Completed Successfully completed test drives
Completion Rate Percentage of test drives completed vs total
Avg Wait Time Average minutes from joining queue to starting drive
Avg Drive Duration Average length of completed test drives

Understanding Completion Rate

Completion Rate = Completed / (Completed + No-Show + Cancelled) x 100

Target benchmarks:

  • 90%+ - Excellent scheduling and customer engagement
  • 75-90% - Good, room for improvement
  • Below 75% - Review no-show and cancellation reasons

Charts & Visualizations

Daily Trend

A bar chart showing test drives per day over the selected period.

What to look for:

  • Peak days (usually weekends)
  • Slow periods that need marketing push
  • Impact of promotions or events
  • Seasonal patterns

Day of Week Distribution

Shows which days are busiest for test drives.

Use this to:

  • Schedule more staff on busy days
  • Plan vehicle maintenance on slow days
  • Target marketing for underperforming days

Queue Type Breakdown

Pie chart showing scheduled vs walk-in test drives.

Type Characteristics
Scheduled Pre-booked, higher commitment
Walk-in Spontaneous, may have higher no-show rate

Insights:

  • High walk-in % = Good foot traffic, consider more kiosk promotion
  • High scheduled % = Good online presence, customers plan ahead
  • Balance both for optimal operations

Outcomes Breakdown

Shows the result of all test drives:

Outcome Meaning Target
Completed Successful test drive 85%+
No-Show Customer didn't respond when called Under 10%
Cancelled Cancelled before starting Under 5%

Reducing no-shows:

  • Send SMS notifications (enable in settings)
  • Shorter grace periods for busy times
  • Confirm bookings day-before via email
